Lichee Nano Technical Manual

I am not able to locate Technical Reference Manual for Lichee Nano 16 M Board.

I am trying to find source of the DTS files to study how these DTS files were created.

Need some document which contains details regarding peripherals, IO modules, etc and their physical addresses, pin config, clock sources, etc. Hope I am looking at correct DTS files.
