I’m experiencing persistent issues when attempting to establish a connection with my Sipeed Maix Dock. While I’m able to successfully perform the flash download process using kflash, I cannot seem to establish a connection through MaixPy IDE; it simply hangs on the connecting phase. Similarly, when trying to connect via PuTTY, I encounter the same problem with no success in establishing communication.
Here’s what I’ve confirmed so far:
- The USB drivers for the K210 are correctly installed.
- The correct COM port is selected.
- Baud rates have been matched and verified.
- The USB cable is functional and supports data transfer.
- The device is powered correctly.
I’ve also made sure that no other software is occupying the COM port during these operations. I have checked for any physical switches or buttons that might need to be toggled to enable flash mode, but to no avail.
Could anyone provide insights on what might be causing this issue or suggest further troubleshooting steps?
