i found a couple of these boards laying about at home and have forgotten what they are. they do look like a programmer of some type.
anyone have a clue of what they are/used for? tia
That’s unlikely. It doesn’t have an MCU or a connection to a PC.
true, but it does have header pins for MCU pins for programming(its underneath). just wondering what these boards are. and the 10-pin header, well you can see what those pins are.

I’m a little late to the party, anyway: If you look up DE-DP101 on sure-electronics.net/download/ it says it is a “PIC10F200 test demo board”.
