I can't see lorafram frames in the Chirpstach app

Hello
I have a sense cap M2 well configured

But in the Chirpstack web app , I no longer see the frames, even though I could see them a few weeks ago.
All is working well (send/receives/codecs and so on) , but not the lorawan frames logs (usefull for debugiing)

The Gateway and the devices LoraWan frames are not shown I just have the spinning wheel going on indefinitely

I reboot the sense cap M2
I never do updates
Any idea about this problem ?

I don’t see a screen shot, probably not enough posts…
Was it ever able to display the Lora frames in the Chirpstack app?
or is it still a work in progress?
Have you done any updates?

I have just a blue speening wheel

No lora frame either
No update has been made.
