I had the same problem and it sounds like v3.0.1 would fix. However, all download links on the ST Microelectronics website seems to link to the 3.0.0 version 
. Hopefully the updated version will be available soon…
EDIT: I followed the download link supplied by Bilbo. Unfortunately, it downloaded the same 3.0.0 version that I was having issues with
