Grove Vision Ai 2 // can`t deploy models using sensecraft.seeed.cc

Hi,
I have Grove Vision Ai 2 and I cant deploy other models using sensecraft.seeed.cc. I was able to upload only first model and its working, every time I try to update new model I get message “Something error, suggest you re-plug the usbClick to apply”.

I tried to flash Grove Vision Ai 2 FW via TeraTerm but no luck.
Flash process GitHub - HimaxWiseEyePlus/Seeed_Grove_Vision_AI_Module_V2

Screenshots links in the next message.

Any recommendation or link to another img FW file will be very helpful.
Thanks.

Bootloader recovery procedure doesn`t work also

I have XIAO ESP32C3 connected and it sees AI device but always gives error with 0%

CH343 driver from this page doesn’t work right

I was able to start upload models after CH343 driver update from Windows Device Manager

did you successfully solved this problem?

Hi there,

And Welcome Here…

So , I believe it was , by connecting and re writing the firmware, there’s another thread on here where we walked through the process, to get it to work.
You need to connect to the site and see if you device info shows up properly, if not you do the restore procedure. After it will update the BL and the code.
Be sure you running tor using the latest BSP.

I finally solved it thanks! but I have another issue with flashing a YOLOv8n model into the Grove Vision AI V2. Is it possible that we can contact each other so I can ask you some of my problems with my grove?

Hi there,

So , Fantastic you got it back going again… It can be a task I know.
For the benefit of others, List out the issue and provide and code snips that are relative, but ask away, Lots of smart folks on here willing to help.

they are currently working on improving the selection and function of the YOLO’s we can run. IMO , it is one of the most impactful and important models of ALL.,Speech being second. ie. keyword , etc.

I trained my own yolov8n (11 object classification) and exported it as an int8_vela.tflite. However, it errors whenever i flash it to Grove Vision AI V2 using Sense craft workspace. But other swift-yolo pretrained models works effortlessly. What is the possible problem? is the yolov8n export wrong? I trained my yolov8n in Ultralytics btw

Hi there,

Hmmm, Asked and Answered… It’s a glitch in the Matrix

Stumble or a gotcha NOT sure which.. LOL
Look at the other thread on repairing the Bootloader , it’s listed in there all the steps.
