Grove - SPDT Relay(30A) - Raspberry Pi GPIO control

Hi. I want to control the Grove - SPDT Relay(30A) using the Raspberry Pi GPIO directly without the grovepi add on. Can I do this using just the GPIO pins on the Pi?
