I am working on the Grove Finger clip heart rate sensor. Does anyone have experience using it with nodemcu esp 32 [ESP32] and logic converter

my sensor, the green light doesnt flash at all. Anyone know whats the reason on it? I tested on arduino uno and it works fine.
Please help if anyone know how to fix it, thanks in advance.
