Free online resources related to RTOS

Hi,

I have done many projects with ESP32 and ESP32-CAM but I know less about its FreeRTOS. What is the best free resource available online that you suggest me to see and study? My friend suggested an Udemy course but I have no international payment gateway to pay for an online course. So, I am looking for something free. Thanks.
