Error Encountered While Flashing JetPack OS to J401 Carrier Board

This is my first post. Thank you in advance. I am using a recomputer J4012 Jetson Orin NX 16GB.
I attempted to flash Jet Pack 6.0 onto Jetson Orin NX (16GB) .
I followed the steps to 〜Flash JetPack OS to the J401 Carrier Board〜, but I encountered the following error. Please provide a solution.
