Please HELP!!!

Just received a brand new DS0201 and tried to update with
V353_LIB.HEX
and
V364_APP.HEX

Got a V353_LIB.ERR.
I´ve erased the files.
After turning it off and on again, i got a blank screen!!!

Please help!
