I am considering using a segment display to show the joystick output on an ROV project.
I have inherited a control box that is now defunct and is in need of an update.
The way the joystick segments were displayed were green in the middle and red at the top and bottom. If the joy stick was in the middle, the display would show the green middle segment. Photo attached for reference.
I am using an arduino R4 Minima for this and have the I2C pins free.
Do you have such a display that would work the same as the old one?
Would I need to use the Seedunio or can I just use the I2C port and attach the displays to the Base Shield board?
Any help or assistance would be great.
