Does Grove mini fan v1.1 work with 3.3v?

I’m trying to run a Grove - mini fan v1.1 using the Grove Shield for micro:bit.
Does the mini fan v1.1 officially support an input voltage of 3.3V?

The mini fan v1.1 only supports 5V input voltage.
