Hi there,
Check the following link:
As it’s suggested, CMSIS-DAP Compatible Debuggers should be able to work. Dev team confirmed that they used NXP Semicoductor MCU-LINK.
Thanks a lot, very interesting info!
Is this toolchain available only with Linux as a requirement?
Is it possible to do the same with Windows?
Short answer is, yes. Since both toolchain and pyOCD are supported on Windows, it’s fair to give it a try.
The link:
mentions a JTAG to SWD adapter.
What is the exact type (P/N) of this adapter?
It seems that we were unable to find the exact same one online, but similar one should work. Mainly a JTAG to SWD converter.
It is also my question why should we need an JTAG to SWD adapter at all, since the MCU-Link debug probe already provides SWD interface connector?
