why you would do that? i really love the original one 
well, anyway… this is not hardware related!
as the board uses ami (aptio) bios you could use their tool to modify the bios logo.

its called Change Logo / AMI ChangeLogo Tool
i dont know how to get it officially or if its under nda, but im sure you might find answers in google.
