Can't reset the app password

Picked up my SenseCAP watcher after a few months, and it’s not working. (I’ll bet I loaded other software on it and forgot.) I tried to use the iPhone app, but I have the wrong password. I’m trying to reset it, and it keeps sending me the code, but then it tells me the code has expired. It’s only been, at most, 2 minutes between my request, receiving the code, and entering it.

Anyone else have the same problem, or have a good solution?

Solved. I contacted the Sensecap folks and they were able to get it straightened out, in case anyone else runs into this.

(And a factory_reset command over serial fixed the device.)
