Hi, I bought USB-CAN Analyzer V8.00 and connected it to my car’s CAN twisted pairs and it’s GND to the car’s gnd.
When select come port and open with 2000000 baudrate, then select CAN config and press set and start, any message appear in the receive area.
“When select “loopback+silent” mode and after set and start”, press “send a single frame” it sends and receives sample messages.
Also the send led blinks every time I press “send a single frame”
I think that when I open the port and config the CAN then press “set and start” then should the receive area go full of messages on the CAN network from car nodes. But Nothing is shown.
I tested jumping the default config pins on the device but problem not solved.

Note that when you click the Settings and Start button, the send indicator (red) of the converter should flash; if the red light does not flash, check whether the port number and baud rate on the port side are not configured correctly. Check the port number in the device manager. If the baud rate of the normal port is configured correctly, click the settings and start button and the converter’s sending indicator should flash.
Then the working module can select the normal mode and then click the set and start button, so it should be able to communicate with the devices on the CAN bus normally, as long as the CAN baud rate is consistent with the device settings on the CAN bus.
Hi, I check the port number from device manager and also set the baudrate according to number of flashing the send receive leds when I connect the device to USB.
Now I can receive messages from high speed can bus but anything from low speed can bus.
