Bicycle Dynamo With Bracket - 6V 3W

Hi

Has anyone else used these Bicycle Dynamo products with success?

Is there a suitable DC converter for the Bicycle Dynamo With Bracket - 6V 3W,as it appears the 6V output is AC (although doesn’t mention on the product sheet/site that fact).

Guessing a diode bridge and some caps and a 3v regulator would make this product more usable for Arduino / LED type projects, if there isn’t already a board available, could be worth selling?

Anything new on this topic? I just received my dynamo and am not quite sure how to hook this guy up.

Any help or pictures would be awesome being that it did not come with any instructions.
