So that, whenever I am trying to install any package by using sudo apt install I am encountering this issue.
Hi there,
and Welcome here…
So you do Not say What hardware you have? You can use the Wiki for guidance on each particular product. FYI, the Nvidia .DTS, is NOT the Same as the Seeed XX.DTS so be sure you are using the correct files and the correct tools and the biggest is the right METHOD to do the updates, and Upgrades. I.e Can’t use the Nvidia_SDK to update you must use a Ubuntu 20.24 Hosts only.

It would be huge help if anyone can help in finding root cause of this issue.
I have exactly the same error with a reServer J3011, following the instructions for flashing from the getting strated section from the seeed studio wiki.

dpkg fails on Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS - Stack Overflow
And the second issue I asked was related to GCC, later on I found out it was due to internal library depedencies. I would recommand, if you are facing similar issue just cross check once your library versions.
