The module uses LARA-R211-02B-00 module, 

LARA-R211 is designed mainly for operation in Europe, Asia and other countries on LTE and 2G
networks. It works in China. You can drop mail to support_in@u-blox.com (UBLOX india support center) to double confirm about India coverage.
