GPRS Shield v12- set GPIO Pin to high if network no network

Hello,

is it possible, that the GPRS Shield switch a GPIO Pin to high if the network connection is lost?
The GPRS Shield must do this action in case that the microcontroller board ( arduino ) is crashed or currently under an heavy calculation and not able the send an AT Command to the GPRS Shield to establish if the connection to the network is true.

Or does the device dont have this kind of usefull features that if an event occurs, that a hardware gpio pin can get high for an interupt on an arduino or other µc
