Motor Driver 1.3, Problems with the voltage

Hi,

i am using the motor driver 1.3. I have about 5V supply but at each motor there is only about 2V. Does the motor driver work like a voltage splitter?

Motor is a DC Brush, and Code looks like that, so maxmium power.

Motor.speed(MOTOR1, 100);
Motor.speed(MOTOR2, 100);

Any help? Regards.

Working Voltage is 6~15V. please take a picture about the hardware connection. thanks.
