Getting the power consumption from ADC with Current Sensor

I have to get the power consumption on certain appliance.

My setup is
Raspberry pi + 8-Channel 12-Bit ADC + Current Sensor(SR-3702-150N)

I attached the SR-3702-150N in channel 1 of screw terminal.

When launching

python3 adc_8chan_12bit.py

I get the following 8 channel results on address 0X20
voltage for each channel:(unit:mv,max=3300mv):
[288, 1679, 1229, 1672, 1637, 1699, 1641, 1636]
voltage for each channel:(unit:mv,max=3300mv):
[256, 1678, 1223, 1666, 1645, 1710, 1672, 1651]
voltage for each channel:(unit:mv,max=3300mv):
[278, 1669, 1212, 1663, 1644, 1711, 1674, 1656]
voltage for each channel:(unit:mv,max=3300mv):
[248, 1677, 1226, 1666, 1646, 1763, 1660, 1647]
i know the values 288, 256, 278, 248 are the one that was retrieved from the sensor
but what kind of data is this?
Any idea how can i can convert this to get the actual power consumption?

Pardon my ignorance i'm very new in this environment.

Any help would be appreciated
