In the specification sheet, the “Flash” row says 2MB PSRAM, but first of all, is that Flash or PSRAM? Incidentally, the circuit diagram only shows P25Q16H (Flash Memory).

I don’t think it’s a PSRAM , just a Flash. check the flash Data sheet. 
FYI, I f you need MORE flash then this D0 compatible additional Flash on the bottom of this board.

XIAO-RP2350 seems to have PSRAM.
I received the following message from Seeed’s support staff:
That is my request mail “Tell me RP2350 PSRAM CS pin number” .
Indeed there are some issue with the example we provided. We’ll update the example and our wiki tutorial once we finished the PSRAM tests with the correct CS pin number.

Yes , th chip features two CS pins one for FlASH and a second for PSRAM they both use the QSPI interface and the option for internal flash also exists.

The title is XIAO RP2350 external memory.
It means not LSI named RP2350.
Seeed shop specs are 2MB
PSRAM is listed.
BANJYO is inquiring about PSRAM because he can’t find it.
Don’t you think that a product with incomplete functionality is a defective product?
Raspberry Pi’s RP2350 specifications are irrelevant.
I bought it because it came with PSRAM.
And I can’t find PSRAM too.
If I don’t need PSRAM, I bought the cheap PICO2. Did not buy XIAO-RP2350.

He states the part listed on the 2350 is the flash that’s ONLY called out one the 2340 Schematic,YOU 
GO LOOK!
NO Place is a Part number indicating a PSRAM is present … Is all I’m saying.

I looked at the specifications in the shop, clicked the button there, and made the purchase. Because I don’t buy from Wiki. Request items that meet shop specifications.
Several companies sell products with PSRAM, so I bought Seeed’s product believing that it also comes with PSRAM.
And they responded that they were undergoing an exam. I would like it to be published as soon as possible.
