In the specification sheet, the “Flash” row says 2MB PSRAM, but first of all, is that Flash or PSRAM? Incidentally, the circuit diagram only shows P25Q16H (Flash Memory).
HI there,
So the data sheet shows this:
RP2350 is a new family of microcontrollers from Raspberry Pi that offers significant enhancements over RP2040. Key
features include:
• Dual Cortex-M33 or Hazard3 processors at 150 MHz
• 520 kB on-chip SRAM, in 10 independent banks
• 8 kB of one-time-programmable storage (OTP)
• Up to 16 MB of external QSPI flash/PSRAM via dedicated QSPI bus
◦
Additional 16 MB flash/PSRAM accessible via optional second chip-select
and
◦
RP2350 uses external flash
1.2.1.1. QFN-60 (RP2350A)
◦
RP2354 has 24 × 128 kB = 2 MB of internal flash

I don’t think it’s a PSRAM , just a Flash. check the flash Data sheet.
FYI, I f you need MORE flash then this D0 compatible additional Flash on the bottom of this board.
works very well also see the demo HERE
They sometimes lie. Although they don’t admit it.
I checked with the support staff, but they didn’t give me a proper answer.
You were fooled, me too.
XIAO-RP2350 does not have PSRAM.
Hi there,
No , I read the datasheet, it;s flash…

XIAO-RP2350 seems to have PSRAM.
I received the following message from Seeed’s support staff:
That is my request mail “Tell me RP2350 PSRAM CS pin number” .
Indeed there are some issue with the example we provided. We’ll update the example and our wiki tutorial once we finished the PSRAM tests with the correct CS pin number.
Thanks for your understanding!
Regards!

Hi there,
Yes , th chip features two CS pins one for FlASH and a second for PSRAM they both use the QSPI interface and the option for internal flash also exists.

The title is XIAO RP2350 external memory.
It means not LSI named RP2350.
Seeed shop specs are 2MB
PSRAM is listed.
BANJYO is inquiring about PSRAM because he can’t find it.
Don’t you think that a product with incomplete functionality is a defective product?
Raspberry Pi’s RP2350 specifications are irrelevant.
I bought it because it came with PSRAM.
And I can’t find PSRAM too.
If I don’t need PSRAM, I bought the cheap PICO2. Did not buy XIAO-RP2350.
Hi there,
No, You missed he (banjo) is conflating the two schematics. PERIOD!
He states the part listed on the 2350 is the flash that’s ONLY called out one the 2340 Schematic,YOU GO LOOK!
NO Place is a Part number indicating a PSRAM is present … Is all I’m saying.
IDC what you need, he asked about the PSRAM , looking at the wrong schematic perhaps.
now YOU both know…

I don’t know what you’re saying because I don’t know what the marks mean.
I looked at the specifications in the shop, clicked the button there, and made the purchase. Because I don’t buy from Wiki. Request items that meet shop specifications.
Several companies sell products with PSRAM, so I bought Seeed’s product believing that it also comes with PSRAM.
And they responded that they were undergoing an exam. I would like it to be published as soon as possible.
