I see, there is only one thing that I can think of which might help you:
If you scroll down quite a bit you will find the bottom and top .dxf of the nrf Board. Combined with the Schematic if should be fairly easy to reproduce this in Altium designer or similar.
The only thing that the .dxf and the schematic does not contain is the information about the traces of the PCB.

I hope you get an answer from them and if you get your hands on the PCB CAD file, you could maybe share it here with us
