please we ordered modules XBee pro series 2 but we are facing a problem while configuring them throught X-CTU
when the program searched the web for updates it didn’t find any so we can’t configure it,any help!!

Best way you can solve the problem from them.
Whatever, if still can’t find the device, you should change another USB jack any try again.
