When mounting the LED module in the Xadow frame, it is mounted upside down so that the LEDs are visible from outside the frame.
This requires twisting the FFC cable connecting it to other modules and the Xadow Mainboard. When you mount the OLED module, this twist is not required and full space is available to mount more modules inside the frame.
The twist in the cable reduces space for available boards - at least if you do not squash the FFC cable really flat.
Are there any suggestions for better ways to mount the LED module, but keep full space inside the frame - ie for the Mainboard, one more module AND the battery?
