I registered with a faulty email adress and have missed important emails regarding some issues with my PCB files. How can I get those emails sent to my new email-adress? I had some issues that my files needed re-uploading and the email should contain the information that I need to fix.
Thanks for joining the forums! For you issue would you mind sending our support a message (firstname.lastname@example.org) with all the details, i.e. incorrect e-mail address, order number etc. and the support team will try to dig it up for you.
You can change your e-mail address after logging into your account but unfortunately this will not apply to orders that have already been placed.
