I am trying to familiarize with the Sidewalk using the Wio Tracker 1110. However, I am encountering a problem where the GNSS scanning always results in zero satellites.
I have been using the AWS sample for the Wio Tracker 1110 for this purpose.
In addition, to verify this GNSS issue, I attempted to use the SenseCAP Mate App, following the method from the official online documentation.
However, when I tried to scan the QR code on the board, I received an error message stating “Invalid QR Code”. Additionally, the device EUI is being displayed as 0 as in image.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide to help resolve these issues
