Wio Terminal Wireless Core Update

I have entered bootloader mode and dragged the latest rtl8720 file into the Arduino folder and now have the message “Burn RTL8720 fw” on my screen. What happens next.? Is it burning the firmware? There’s no progress indicators. How long to I wait and how do I know it was successful.

Hi @moonlight, this means that it is currently in the burning firmware mode! next you need to download the new firmware and flash , you can find the details instructions here at https://www.hackster.io/Salmanfarisvp/the-new-wio-terminal-erpc-firmware-bfd8bd

Thanks Salman, Seems I was only doing part of the firmware update. I followed the instructions and it worked fine.
