Hello, Additionally I have 3.3 V of the Wio Terminal connected to pin 1 of the j-link 20 pin plug besides powering the Wio Terminal via USB. SWD and not JTAG connection has to be used. The correct MCU has to be selected. [Wio Terminal JLink] Best regards RoSchmi
