Whats the light sensor being used in WIO Terminal . Do we have a part number ? Is it a Photodiode based or a LDR based one . Any response appreciated

The light sensor being used in the Wio Terminal is a photodiode-based one.

Also, here are some specifications:

  • Peak Wavelength: 850nm
  • Spectral Sensitivity: 400 - 1050nm

What is the latency of the photodiode?

Hi @roguegaston,

The latency of the photodiode is 30 microseconds.

Currently, the datasheet is in Chinese. Will let you know when an English version is released.
