I have been trying to get my new new seeduino 328p and ‘bluetooth shield’ to work with windows 7 and a inexpensive USB bluetooth dongle.
I have uploaded the bluetooth sample code to my arduino (seeduino in this case) and i have my bluetooth shield being connected to from windows - and it sets up the incomming\outgoing ports…
however, I cannot get a terminal program to open the ‘outgoing port’ which is port COM7 in my case… it just freezes whatever terminal propram I try to use.
Currently the bluetooth shield’s 2 LEDs are blinking from red to green - each on about 500ms…
Anyone know what i am doing wrong?
thanks!
