White screen output on Maixduino kit

Hi,

Im new with Sipeed Maixduino, recently i receive it and its work fine but suddenly its give me white screen and i cant connect it with MaixPy IDE

But it can be communicate with putty !!

And the firmware has been updated before

Need support please
