Where is the "Sharing Widget" for creating affiliate links?

Customer Login indicates there should be a “Sharing Widget”. I don’t see one. Is it because I just signed up as an affiliate?

how do you sign up as an affiliate?

Log in to the store/bazaar, then click on your account icon to go to your account page. On the extreme left column, at the bottom you should see an affiliate link to sign up, then once done you should see a whole range of options there:
