What's the precision of the SPG30 sensor?

Hi all,
I recently bought a SPG30 eCO2/TVOC sensor, it’s exactly this one :

I wanted to know the minimal particle size that this sensor is able to detect. Does someone have this info? I cannot find it anywhere on the wiki or the datasheets…
