I have installed debuan buster on Odyssey -X86J4125 V2 but the ethernet hardware is not recognised.
What drivers do I need or alternatively what is the ethernet hardware?

Odyssey -X86J4125 V2 use Intel I226-V. But at this time there is no driver support on debian 10(buster).
If you want to use Linux, kindly advise you to flash Ubuntu Desktop 20.04. I do a great job in it.
