Hello, We Purchased a pm 2.5 Grove Sensor about two weeks ago. It failed the day after first initializing it. Is there a way we can get this replaced?

The product will not take power or any inputs. It will not turn on.

Hi Nick,


1. If we plug the Grove cable without any code, the Fan will working. Are you fan rotating? You can hear the voice if you put the ear near the fan.

2. Please replug the below cable at 2 sides and see if it works.


3. Appreciate if you could take a picture about your setup.
