I wanted to know if I can use MR24HPC1 to detect humans in a field, If yes how much area can it cover and can it detect multiple human in an area at a time and provide their location, and do we get the location as a point or a small area in which the human is there. Also if the human moves after being detected does it track the human.
If the MR24HPC1 is not fit for this can anyone let me know if there is any alternative?

when you say in a field what do you mean? when you say detect what do you mean?
when I say field I mean any terrain as in can be a garden on a football field or a mountain too for the second question by detect I mean giving its presence , the distance or a location point in coordinated if I have already defined the boundary and its velocity (if it is moving)
right… understood… I do not know of any radar system which has that range of scan capability
for example this device has 6M range
why is mm wave radar a requirement… this does not appear to be the appropriate tech

I would say NO, it sounds like you need a phased array radar , you want Az, El, range, speed and from that you can calculate a whole bunch of info. like Launch and Impact(most importantly) 
velocity and even in some cases Weight of the object. FPS-79 tracking radar.
The mmwave system is for small area and for presence detection. No locationing AFAIK.
the firmware inside it is proprietary. have a look at the WiKi on it to get a better handle on what it’s purpose is.

ohh thanks a lot for this but since there is presence detection can it give the distance of the human from the radar because on the wiki there were demos where it was measuring velocity and distance
It does give distance , limited but if I remember correctly, maybe just in the app too. So
