Generally in the EU 868 is primarily used and is within the legal band widths. 433 is more used for low level things like remote control devices, home automation, garage and gate remote opening etc
The 915mhz bands are for Asian (Korea, china, Japan) and American markets, although it sounds like they are going to be out of luck soon as the American airwave people have sold the frequency apparently.
