USB to CAN Analyzer Adapter with USB Cable not working

Hi

USB-CAN Analyzer (114991193) not working in windows 10.
I have installed the required driver and followed the documents, but no luck.

I can see the COM port appears in Device Manager.
The Send & receive LEDs are not blinking as mentioned in the “change the port baud rate document”.
Followed “USB CAN converter self test” document but nothing.

I downloaded the driver and document from the link: https://github.com/SeeedDocument/USB-CAN_Analyzer

The Send & receive LEDs are not blinking as mentioned in the “change the port baud rate document”.
----------->The Send & receive LEDs can’t blink or are they not blinking as stated in the document?
