Just bought this device
All looks fine but when I plug in the USB
the device is not “seen” . Before I send it back is there
anything I can do on the device itself?
If left like this I cannot recharge it.

Device can not “seen” even recharge at PC?
Try to use another USB, make sure is high power USB interface.
If still like this please tell us.
I’ve tried two leads in various cameras, plc, and devices and they work.
USB 2 interface on both laptop and desk computers.
The problem is internal to the device I am sure. The battery level is
dropping and I will have no choice but to send it back.
