USB disconnect problem with usb camera in orin nano and orin nx

When using both a ReSpeaker and a USB camera (2M) simultaneously, all USB devices disconnect after a certain period of time. This issue occurs consistently on Orin NX and Orin Nano with JetPack versions from 5.1.2 to 6.1. However, this problem does not occur on the Xavier NX with Ubuntu 18.04 and JetPack 4.6. I have also tested with an externally powered USB hub on the Orin NX and Nano, but the issue persists. I need to use both the camera and the ReSpeaker simultaneously on the Orin versions, so I am looking for a solution to this problem.

According to the log you provided. It seems that bandwidth is not enough for your hardware connection.
Have you tried to connect only Respeaker or USB camera to test the stability?
And which carrier board you worked with?
And can you show me the connection of your hardware?

I am using Orin NX and Orin Nano boards. The issue does not occur when only the Respeaker or the USB camera is connected. If it’s a bandwidth issue, is there any way to resolve it?

Have you tried to connect the USB camera to USB3.0 port while the ReSpeaker connectting to the USB2.0?

For the Orin Nano and Orin NX, the USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports are not physically separated. The USB camera I am using is detected as USB 2.0 when connected, and the Respeaker is also recognized as USB 2.0.
