Upgrade DSO201 Nano Firmware V3.21A

Ok, this is what I found on the Seeedstudio Blog for upgrading the DSO QUAD:

3. Power up the Quad , with pressing the “>||” button
The Quad will be :
Please copy .hex/,bin file to DFU virtual USB disk.

And , a virtual disk will appear:
DFU_V3_10_B (I:)

4. When you are upgrading sys or app , Copy the sys_XXX.hex(or app_XXX.hex) to the virtual disk .the disk will auto reset ,and the file name changes to :
   SYS_B137.RDY

5. Restart the Quad , the upgrading of app or sys finishes.

6. When you upgrade the FPGA firmware , you need to first copy the .ADR file , after the auto reset, the name changes to :
   CFG_FPGA.SET

And , then the .bin file, after the auto reset, the name changes to :
CFG_FPGA.USE
FPGA_V25.RDY

After reset of Quad , the upgrading of FPGA firmware finishes.

So, also for the DSO201 NANO (V1) the upgrade process has changed.
The remaining question now is: How do I get the “.HEX”, “.ADR” and “.BIN” files for the upgrade to DSO BenF V3.64??

Can anyone please help me with this one?
