Trouble Re-Adding Device

I am trying to re-add my SenseCap K1100 device to my account.

I initially added my device to my account using the SenseCap app. However, after several minutes, nothing seemed to connect on my Wio Terminal. I thought to then delete my device and add it again. However, after deleting my device, I was unable to re-add it again. It keeps saying “check EUI error”, which I found to mean that the device EUI doesn’t exist, which can’t be true. However, after deleting the device, my Wio Terminal appeared to join LoRaWAN. I am now unable to connect this device back to my account and I want to see what I can do to change that.
