Tracks and pads.

Hello!
I am new to PCB design and I would like to know about the following:

Suppose that a track on the top side of the board is reaching a pin of the microcontroller, will I be able to solder that specific pin from the bottom side of the board? I would like to know if the the holes have pads on both sides of the PCB, regradless of the side on which the associated tracks are. I would like to avoid soldering on the top side of the PCB.

The pad on the top side of the board will be connected to the pad on the bottom with a “plated through” hole. When you solder the pin on the bottom side solder will flow through the hole.
