are you charging from a computer or battery box… sometimes it doesnt draw enough power and the battery box will shut off prematurly
I was charging from a wall charger plug — however Seeed studio replied to me directly and I got it to work:
I had to put the T1000-E in DFU mode by reconnecting the charging cable twice, quickly, while holding the button down.
After the T1000-E entered DFU mode, i reflashed it to 2.4.3 hotfix firmware and now it’s charging again
