I have a SEA board. I want to load the bit stream in Stand-alone mode by using ESP32 without using the Xilinx JTAG Platform cable.
I don´t know how to do that. Somebody can help me?

You need to use Xilinx Vivado SDK, it provides full synthesis utilities, usb jtag cable drivers, and programming capability.
If you have problem detecting your target, while you device is powered on, platform cable is connected properly (green led), probably a cable driver needs to be installed by hand, follow instructions here:
