i am interting to buy Stalker 2.0 and xbee pro.
wanted to know if you need to buy the xbee explorer to record programs on xbee or stalker includes this feature and wanted to know to second includes an oscillator in the space stalker.

Not sure what did you mean. Maybe you need the UartSBee to update the firmware. Stalker does not have this feature.

I have a stalker (version 1) board and uartsbee 4 (i.e. the one with 6 pins).

Is it possible to program the stalker (which has 5 inputs) with the uartsbee 4. The 3.1 was not available when I got the stalker. Only the uartsbee 4 was there, so I took it.

Also, I’m trying to use:

avrdude -p m328p -c stk500 -P /dev/ttyUSB0 -vvv

but it keeps timing out…
