Sound Sensor Signal Voltage

Hi,

I have a question about the signal output of the sound sensor: sound sensor.
If I measure the signal during operation, I get around 0V if no noise is made. If noise is made, the voltage is raising. This behaviour is measured by a volt-meter or by an osciloscope.

If the signal is mesured by the following ADC and a microcontroller, an offset of around 0.5V is measured, if no noise is made.

My question is: which signal voltage should I expect at low noise level? And why is this different for different measurement methods?
On the example on your page, it seems like, there is also a bit of an offset in the sound sensors signal.

Thanks a lot.

@Hirsch This information should be in the sound sensor’s datasheet.
